Development Specialist
Never Too Late, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of senior citizens, is looking to expand its operations. To that end, we are looking for a Development Specialist, who will assist the Executive Director and the NTL Board in its fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities to include:

Design and coordinate the implementation of an overall development
plan;

Assist the Executive Director with contacts and presentations to potential
donors;
-
Plan and execute an annual fund appeal to potential
donors;

Maintain donor databases.
Requirements:
Experience in fundraising or direct sales on a level comparable to the needs of the position is preferred. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Self motivated work style.

Volunteer Coordinator:
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting more career experience or for someone simply wanting to put their skills to use! Assist our Executive Director with recruiting volunteers, managing special projects, performing fundraising activities and other duties including: making phone calls, working on volunteer scheduling and helping with volunteer orientation and training.

Volunteer Grant Writer
Never Too Late is seeking an individual who can assist and support our mission by securing grants from corporations, foundations, state and local governments. This is currently a volunteer position but may be developed into an internship in the future.
Key responsibilities include: researching and understanding the project or program for which funding is being sought, analyzing grant-making organizations to identify likely funding sources for specific projects and programs, and compiling information and writing grant applications
Qualifications: knowledge or interest in learning grant writing, experience with professional, academic or communications writing, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, capacity to conduct research online and capacity to work independently, familiarity with budgeting and financial aspects of grant applications.
