What would you say if someone asked you, “If I was able to grant you one wish, what would your wish be?” 

Well, that is the exact question I asked our resident Ms. Sue Meyer. Her response was, “I love Louisville basketball, and I have been a HUGE fan for more than 50 years!” Ms. Meyer even has her room decorated in all things U of L. 

With the help of Bob Haverstick from Never too Late and Randy Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy Health Services, we were able to arrange a visit from Coach Crum. Ms. Meyer had no idea we had arranged the visit. 

On December 1, Coach Crum arrived at Glen Ridge and Sue’s family and friends kept everything under wraps. We gathered into the conference room and waited for Sue’s arrival. 

When she entered and saw Coach Crum all you heard was “DENNY!!!”. Sue was so excited!!!

Coach Crum presented her with U of L gifts for her room and signed a basketball for her. She had a wonderful time and at the end of the day she said, “I am just so speechless, that was perfect!” 

We would like to thank everyone involved for making this wish come true!!! A special thanks to Coach Crum for taking the time to make someone the happiest person in the world!! Sue thanks you from the bottom of her heart!
